Rany Mehanna

Rany Mehanna, CEO & founder of Remaal Properties Real Estate. He leads a large team of professional and competent employees in charge of representing buyers, sellers and renters of a variety of properties across the Red Sea. He always puts his clients before anything, his dream is to be able to find his clients their perfect home by the Sea.
Rany started his real estate career 16 years ago, focusing a variety of different projects across the Red Sea but his main focus was in El Gouna and as a result he was one of the renown sellers of the famous Abu Tig Marina, reaching the target in only 3 months. Full of ambition, Rany went on to become one of the firsts to take on the Marina project in Hurghada. The marina now, has a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, offices thanks to him.
He always wanted to make El Gouna his home, so by 2011 he moved to Gouna, continuing in pursuing various projects across the Red Sea, finally opening up Remaal Properties in El Gouna in the New Marina in 2016. During the years of 2016 till 2019, Rany received significant attention within the Real Estate community across the Red Sea, making him receive several awards for top achiever and excellence awards.
